This Big Lottery funded project will provide help at times of crisis. Ill-health, immobility, bereavement or a spell in hospital can all lead to a loss of confidence and in turn affect one’s independence. Help from us to access important services and build a local support network at vulnerable times can promote an overall improvement in wellbeing. We will also help people to integrate back into social activities.
