Age Concern throughout Herefordshire and Worcestershire

This group is for the more active person.   It is run on Wednesday mornings here at the Tulip Tree Centre.   There are talks, demonstrations, exercise sessions, outings and there is dancing on the first Wednesday of every month.   Can't dance ?, this is the place to learn.
