To support the many services we now offer to the older people in our area, we rely on an invaluable team of volunteers.

Could you help?

Do you have a few hours to spare each week which you could commit to helping to brighten the life of an older person?

Do you have practical skills which you could put to use in our Day Centres or our Gardening/Handyperson Service?  Or, would you like to visit someone for a chat over a cup of tea, you will be surprised at how much difference this can make to the lives of many isolated older people.  Most of us are lucky enough to have family and friends who can visit on a regular basis, imagine how it must feel to have no-one.  Could you sit with someone for a couple of hours to give a carer a much needed break?  Do you have experience in fundraising?
